Fabian Wenzel received a diploma in electrical engineering at the Hamburg University of Technology in 2001. Subsequently, he continued to work in the area of multi-view computer vision as a research scientist. In 2006, he finished his PhD-thesis “Robust Relative Pose Estimation of two Cameras by Decomposing Epipolar Geometry”. In May 2006, he joined Philips Research in Hamburg. Since then, he was active in research projects including image-based clinical decision-support systems for dementia, together with more clinical collaborators in Europe, the US, and Australia. He has contributed to over 20 publications and abstracts in this area.
